You
may receive an error message "-3285 Disconnected", "10060
Disconnected" or "10054 Connection Reset by Peer" from the Quicktime Player. If so, follow the instructions
below to set quicktime prefrences.
1. Right click on Quicktime logo and click Plug-in Settings... If the right click doesn’t work. In Windows, click the start button, then click the Control Panel to open the control panel, then click on the Quicktime icon. On the Mac open System Preferences and click on Quicktime.
2. Click on the Advanced tab
3. Change Transport Setup | Select Custom
4. Change Transport Protocol from UDP port 554 to HTTP port 80 | click OK
5. in Windows Click Apply then OK - you can then close Quicktime settings
